Welcome to SandBoxUI.ai. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SandBoxUI.ai, including our websites, applications, dashboards, AI assistants, templates, service plans, family features, creator tools, marketplace features, business tools, enterprise tools, documents, software, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing the Services, selecting a plan, connecting an external account, using an AI assistant, purchasing tickets, submitting content, publishing a template or product, or otherwise using SandBoxUI.ai, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
1. Important Notice
SandBoxUI.ai provides AI-assisted tools for planning, organization, productivity, templates, drafting, family coordination, app idea development, business planning, and related support.
SandBoxUI.ai does not provide legal, medical, tax, accounting, financial, investment, insurance, mental health, emergency, safety-critical, professional, or regulated advice.
Any output generated by SandBoxUI.ai is for informational, organizational, drafting, planning, educational, or productivity purposes only.
You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, approving, editing, and deciding whether to use any output.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase a paid plan.
Family Plan child or teen accounts may only be created and managed by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult account administrator.
By using the Services, you represent that you have legal authority to agree to these Terms, your use complies with all applicable laws, your information is accurate, and you will not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or prohibited purposes.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use accurate account information, keep credentials secure, notify us of unauthorized access, not share access except through approved family/team/enterprise features, and not bypass plan limits, permissions, or security controls.
4. Service Plans
SandBoxUI.ai may offer multiple plans including Guest/Free, Basic, Family, Creator, Business, and Enterprise. Features, usage limits, ticket amounts, member limits, project limits, templates, integrations, support levels, and pricing may vary by plan. SandBoxUI.ai may modify, add, remove, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, subject to applicable law and any written Enterprise agreement.
5. Tickets, Credits, Usage, and Limits
Tickets or credits may be used for AI actions, template generation, drafting, blueprint creation, product building, marketplace review, document generation, or other features. Unless otherwise stated: tickets have no cash value and are not currency or legal tender; tickets are non-transferable; unused tickets may expire; tickets may not be resold outside SandBoxUI.ai; and we may limit or suspend usage that appears abusive, automated, excessive, unsafe, fraudulent, or harmful.
6. AI Output and User Responsibility
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, offensive, inappropriate, unsuitable, or incorrect. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI outputs, verifying facts, confirming professional advice with qualified professionals, and deciding whether to use or rely on any output. SandBoxUI.ai is not liable for your reliance on AI output.
7. No Professional Advice
SandBoxUI.ai does not act as attorney, doctor, nurse, therapist, accountant, CPA, tax advisor, financial advisor, investment advisor, insurance agent, broker, engineer, compliance officer, safety professional, or emergency responder. You must consult a qualified professional before making decisions in regulated, high-risk, legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, insurance, employment, school, safety, or compliance matters.
8. Approval-Based Actions
Read, summarize, draft, and suggest by default. Final actions require user approval. You are responsible for approving any final action including sending emails, forwarding messages, deleting emails, adding/editing/deleting calendar events, sharing information, publishing templates, submitting marketplace products, and making business decisions. SandBoxUI.ai is not liable for actions you approve, submit, publish, send, delete, modify, or authorize.
9. Connected Accounts and Third-Party Services
By connecting a third-party account, you represent that you own or are authorized to connect that account, understand the permissions being granted, and will not use SandBoxUI.ai to access another person's private information without permission. SandBoxUI.ai is not responsible for third-party service outages, data loss, provider changes, or API limitations.
10. Family Plan, Parent Controls, and Child Accounts
Parent or guardian administrators are responsible for creating child accounts, setting permissions, controlling what children can see, and ensuring the Services are used safely. SandBoxUI.ai is not a child monitoring, surveillance, emergency, school discipline, mental health, medical, legal, or safety-critical system.
11. Driving Mode and Voice Features
You are responsible for safe driving at all times. SandBoxUI.ai is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses related to use while driving.
12. Creator Plan and Build-to-Resell Products
Creator users are responsible for their ideas, content, claims, pricing, customers, support obligations, marketplace submissions, compliance with law, intellectual property rights, and end-user disclosures. SandBoxUI.ai does not guarantee that a Creator product will be approved, published, sold, profitable, lawful, non-infringing, or successful, and may review, reject, modify, pause, remove, suspend, or restrict Creator products at any time.
13. Marketplace Rules
All marketplace submissions are subject to review and approval. SandBoxUI.ai may reject, remove, suspend, or limit any listing that violates these Terms, contains unsafe claims, infringes intellectual property, misleads customers, or creates unacceptable risk. Marketplace approval does not guarantee the legality, quality, profitability, safety, or suitability of a product.
14. Prohibited Uses
You may not use SandBoxUI.ai to create, assist, promote, sell, publish, automate, or distribute: illegal content or services; pornography or adult sexual services; child sexual abuse material; hacking, malware, phishing, or credential theft; spam or scam automation; fraudulent documents, reviews, identities, or claims; weapons design or violent instructions; extremist or terrorist content; harassment, hate, abuse, or targeted intimidation; stalking, surveillance, or spyware; secret monitoring of children or adults; political manipulation or deceptive persuasion systems; medical diagnosis or treatment automation; legal advice or legal decision automation; tax filing or accounting decision automation; investment, credit, lending, insurance, or trading automation; emergency response or safety-critical systems; or content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
15. Restricted Uses Requiring Review or Higher Plans
Some projects may require Business, Enterprise, admin approval, or professional review including team accounts, customer portals, payment processing, public deployments, API integrations, sensitive data processing, healthcare/legal/financial-adjacent tools, marketplace publishing, and systems involving minors, health, law, money, safety, or compliance.
16. User Content
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant SandBoxUI.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and use your User Content as necessary to provide the Services.
17. Intellectual Property
SandBoxUI.ai's software, design, branding, logos, systems, templates, workflows, agents, dashboards, and documentation are owned by SandBoxUI.ai or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, scrape, clone, or create derivative works except as expressly allowed by your plan.
18. Feedback
Feedback you submit may be used by SandBoxUI.ai without restriction or compensation.
19. Payments, Billing, and Refunds
Unless otherwise stated: fees are non-refundable, tickets and credits are non-refundable, subscription fees are billed in advance, prices may change with notice, and taxes may apply.
20. No Guarantee of Income, Results, or Availability
SandBoxUI.ai does not guarantee income, profit, business success, marketplace sales, app approval, accuracy of AI output, error-free operation, or continuous availability. You use the Services at your own risk.
21. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.
22. Security
No system is completely secure. You may not test, scan, attack, bypass, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to SandBoxUI.ai systems.
23. Beta, Experimental, and AI Features
Beta features may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, limited, discontinued, or changed at any time. You use beta or experimental features at your own risk.
24. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
SandBoxUI.ai may modify, limit, suspend, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, your use creates risk or liability, payment fails, or the Services are discontinued.
25. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." SandBoxUI.ai disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SandBoxUI.ai's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the three months before the claim arose, or $100 if you used a free plan.
27. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SandBoxUI.ai from claims arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, your Creator products, your marketplace listings, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law.
