Built right, not fast.
SandBoxUI.ai is an AI platform built with real governance from day one — not a demo bolted onto a chatbot.
Most AI products race to ship and figure out the rules later. We did it the other way around. Before opening to the public, we built the company itself: an executive layer, a security division, model operations, billing, and a product — each governed by a written Constitution that defines what the platform may and may not do.
The result is a platform where AI drafts and suggests, and people decide. Nothing is sent, deleted, published, or purchased without your approval. Your work stays private to you. And the systems that run the company are auditable, not mysterious.
The AI agent team
President AI
Routes work, tracks decisions, and coordinates the department VPs. Never overrides the CEO — recommends and organizes.
VALE
Runs the platform’s AI model operations — how models are trained, rated, matured, and retired.
REX
Leads security: the Foundry, abuse detection, and the Trinity systems that keep every workspace isolated and safe.
The Constitution — and why it matters
Every AI agent on the platform operates under a written set of rules — a Constitution. It defines the boundaries: no agent acts on high-risk matters without human approval, money never bypasses governance, user data stays isolated and private, and security rules can’t be quietly disabled. It’s the difference between “trust us” and “here are the rules we hold ourselves to.”
